TAKING TIME FOR YOUR HEALTH
It's hard to focus on our spiritual life
or our physical life if we're so hungry and fatigued we can't concentrate. It all ties in together. We need to keep every part of our body nourished to function right.
We need inspiration to develop our minds, bodies and spirits
to their full potential. Click the previous link. On this inspirational website they have free e-books. One is called "Change your mind, change your life". It's most important to have the right mind set to change other areas of our lives.
Health should be near the top of our priority list. As I mentioned, we're fine oiled machines. If you exercise your mind and body feel better. And if you eat right you have the energy to exercise. If you read the bible and inspirational material you will be motivated to keep every area in your life healthy.
Another inspirational way to start your day would be to read a Psalm out of the bible every morning. If you're not familiar with the bible just go to the "Table of Contents" and see what page the book of Psalms starts on.
